Anything else you want me to know: I added a small additional room for a Butler. I've found that having a butler helped a lot when playing large families. I also added a Wine Tasting Room and Exercise Room. All upgradeable items have been upgraded (no unbreakable upgrades were used so your Sims can still work on their Handiness Skills). A full garden and stocked pond have been included. I'm very proud of my kids rooms, even if they caused me sweat and tears. The foyer includes a U-shaped stairway with an archway into the Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room. My Den/Office area has a raised platform in the back of the room with a large table instead of desks for the children to do their homework together.
